As we are approaching the "Love" Day, Valentine's Day, my mind is roaming the terrain of Love. Now, I'll admit I am not a Master when it comes to the game of Love, that is, intimate, one on one, man-woman kinda love. I am still on the court with that, but...I think I can speak about some aspects of Love. I started to call what I wanted to speak about, Agape Love. So I looked it up to be sure of what I was saying. I found these 3 main distinctions of Love. Eros love - known as 'erotic love', is based on strong romantic feelings towards another. Philos love - a love based on friendship between two people who share a mutual, 'give-and take' relationship. Agape love - unconditional love that is always giving and impossible to take or be a taker. It devotes total commitment to seek your highest best no matter how anyone may respond.
